Installation

Our own full-time team of engineers is trained in the installation and provision of on-site maintenance for a wide range of specialised process PCs and ancillary equipment, including those operated in Ex designated hazardous area conditions. Cable runs, Cat 5 networking and customer software uploads can be catered for.

Warranty and backup can be upgraded from a standard 12 month return to base to contracted on-site support of industrial PCs and ancillary equipment via our engineers with up to a 4 hour on-site response option available. Each engineer carries a comprehensive range of spares and duplicate equipment, and if it is not possible to effect an immediate repair downtime may be kept to a minimum via this swap-out stock.

All work takes place under ISO 9001:2008 accredited processes.
