Intecpc UniPC – Rugged computing power
A robust steel cased PC resilient to the rough handling experienced in demanding retail and industrial applications including warehouses and workshops, but where Ex hazardous area zoned certification is not a requirement.
Flexibility is the key with this highly customisable product using industry standard components, allowing a wide range of internal specifications to be built – processor, hard drive, memory, optical drive, interface ports etc, plus compatibility for use with customers own software loads.
The tough steel case can be manufactured in a range of finishes and colours, whilst various brackets can be customised to provide bench, under counter, floor or wall mounting options. Additional options include a front mounted plate held by security bolts to restrict physical access.
Customer safety and user considerations feature highly, and units can be built to comply with internal safety and operability requirements to protect operating staff, the general pubic and maintenance staff as well as compatibility with existing customer systems.
Approval to recognised UK and European testing authorities and standards can be gained with relevant regulatory product and market considerations taken into account – consumer, manufacturing and environmental as well as safety.
The internal layout has been designed with ease of access and easy maintenance in mind. Upgrades and options include full on-site support via our own team of engineers.
In excess of 15,000 UniPC models have been constructed and supplied under contract to date.
